Service is one of the most impotant step for the order.

In our company,we have differ the service both before sales and after sales.

Before the sales,if the customer order the drawing that we will redraw it to check if all the size is correct or not meanwhile if the design is reasonable or not;otherwsie we will give our proposal to our customers.If the customer can not offer the drawing,we can design based on the requirement from customer.

After service,if any broken,crack or the other isuees appear.Firstly,we will make the investigation to see where the problem is;secondly,we will talking with the customer to see how to settle for this issues.if all because of the mistake from our side,we will compensate for all the loss incureed until to the satisfy of the customer.
