Workshop

For workshop,we have the full processing lines from raw material to casting or forging parts then into roughing and precision machining,heat treatment,inspection,package and delivery of the goods.

we have 3 sets 15 tons middle frequency furnace, 1 set 6 tons middle frequency furnace,2 sets 5 tons middle frequency furnace,1 set 8 tons arc furnace,1 set 80 tons ladle refining furnace,high&low temperature resistance type furnace and constant-temperature furnace for heat treatment.

As the machining,we have the full series lathe machine,MK84160*8m grinding machine,CNC milling machine 105 sets,roll special CNC machine 25 sets and the others.

For the inspection,here we have the high precision microscope,super sonic detector,Switzerland ARL3460 metal analyzer,tension tester and the other analysis equipment.
