Inspection

To guarantee the good quality of the products,first we have controlled the quality of the raw material;after it,we control each step for the production.

For the raw material,here we have our own laboratory.

Also we have controlled the production quality in each step of production.

we have the UT both before heat treatment and after heat treatment,meanwhile size checking both on rough machining and precision machining.Before delivery of goods,every roll will make the hardness test also template checking.
