45pcs rolls which is made for Amercia is ready.
Now we are making the package and waiting for the delivery information from the customer.
Before the delivery of the rolls,in our company,we have checked the stricly inspection for the rolls already.
With the inspection,we have checked all the size meanwhile with size report;before heat treatment and after heat treatment,we have made metallurgical inspextion to see the inner construction and conduct the material degree.When rolls have finished,we have checked with UT to see inner side if any tiny crack or the other defect that may infect the product quality.Finally,we have checked with template.When all of those inspection have finished,we have sent the relevent documents to the customer to check and confirm.After it,we make the package for goods.
About the package,we will make the anti-ruat oil on the rolls surface in advanced and after it we will packed them with plastic paper and fix them on the iron pallet.
